Playing to run out the clock?

This is quite curious.



August 30th was the deadline for summary judgement in Seneca County Common Pleas Court. Yet nothing has taken place yet. During the time frame leading up to 8/30, the discovery process was supposed to be taking place; yet nothing that has been requested by St. James has been delivered; and there is no explanation as to why even though there have been repeated attempts to obtain one.
